Description
Open to rising 9th graders through recent high school grads. Drawing, digital design, relief printing, ceramics, and more! Campers work independently and collaboratively to produce one-of-a-kind works of art and expand their knowledge of studio art, color theory, and contemporary art theory. Participate in hands-on workshops, visit galleries on campus, and participate in fun art-related activities at night. Although campers can commute, we encourage them to stay on campus for a true “college” experience. Sessions are designed for both first-timers and experienced artists. No high school art experience is required to attend this workshop. S.A.W. is a fast-paced, cumulative learning experience for everyone! At the end of the workshop students will display the work they made for parents, faculty, and workshop participants.
