Let’s kick things off with a quick warm-up yoga flow followed by Murph:
100 pull-ups
200 push-ups
300 air squats
1-mile run
(RX with a 14/20 lb weighted vest or body armor)
Divide and conquer in teams of 2, 3 or 4, or fly solo!
