Join this Full Moon Immersive Sound Therapy workshop at The Barre: Murray on Friday, July 31, 5:30-7pm. If you haven't been to a singing bowl session before, know that it is, at the very least, incredibly relaxing, and can be a transformative/healing experience for many and this one coincides with the Full Buck Moon, a wonderful time for releasing anything weighing you down. We will begin by letting go of burdens, past hurts, and anything you'd like to release in a simple full moon ceremony.
