Job Details: Starting Pay: Based on Experience; $40,000 - $50,000 plus bonuses and commission pay.

Local Family-owned carwash in Murray, KY looking for a Site Manager for a fast paced, growing, and unique carwash. Our carwash has an Express Tunnel, Touchless Automatic and 5 Self-Serve Bays. Murray Auto Spa is looking for an outgoing, positive attitude, self-motivated leader with experience in the carwash industry. Murray Auto Spa is the “Hometown Carwash” and strives to serve customer, employees, and the community to the highest standards.

Job Description:

The Site Manager oversees the day to day operations of the site. Job duties include, but are not limited to:

• Leading Employees
• Customer Service
• Employee Training
• Maintenance of Equipment
• Troubleshooting
• Maintaining the site cleanliness
• Point of Sale Operations
• Reporting to Owners
• Company Policies & Procedures
• Ordering of Chemicals & Supplies

Qualifications:

• 2 years Management Experience
• 2 years Carwash Experience
• Ability to learn quickly
• Supervise others professionally
• Excellent customer service skills
• College Degree preferred but not required
• Mechanically Inclined preferred
