Spring Creek Rehab is seeking a compassionate and skilled Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our dynamic healthcare team. As a CNA at Spring Creek Rehab, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and support to our residents.

Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Responsibilities:

Provide direct patient care, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and feeding patients

Assist patients with mobility, transfers, and ambulation

Monitor and report changes in patient condition to the nursing staff

Develop and maintain positive relationships with patients, families, and staff

Participate in interdisciplinary care conferences and contribute to the development of patient care plans

Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Requirements:

Current certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)

High school diploma or equivalent required

Previous experience in a long-term care setting preferred
