Spring Creek Rehab is seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to provide exceptional patient care and act as a patient advocate.

Registered Nurse (RN) Responsibilities:

Provide direct bedside care to patients, including assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care plans

Educate patients and family members on disease management, wellness, and rehabilitation strategies

Inform family members of changes in patient condition and discuss alterations to medication or treatment plans

Collaborate with facility physician to develop and implement patient care plans

Notify physician of any changes in patient condition

Registered Nurse (RN) Qualifications:

Diploma in Nursing at a minimum

Current license as a Registered Nurse

Registered Nurse (RN)Benefits:

Bi-Weekly (Daily Pay)

Weekend Hours Baylor Pay -additional $3 p/hr

Full Time Commitment Program - $1000 Quarterly Payouts for 3 years total of $12,000
