Acadia Counseling, located at 308 S 12th Street, Murray, KY 42071, is seeking RFP submissions from local lawn care and snow removal companies interested in serving as the sole provider of such services for our business.  The proposal shall include cost for an initial clean-up and re-mulching of the flower beds around the property, and shall also include charges for weekly mowing, trimming, and weed-eating of the property through the lawn-care season. Please also include wintertime snow removal and ice remediation service costs (salting of the driveway and parking lot), either as a flat-rate cost or on a per-diem basis.  Any contract offered may be renewed annually, depending on satisfaction with the services provided.  Priority is given to other small businesses (less than 10 employees) and to minority-owned businesses.  The property can be viewed at any time; please do not expect to interact with staff inside the premises, as they are engaged in confidential services with clients.  Any questions about this RFP should be directed to Denise Hutchins, Owner, at denise@acadiacounseling.com.  All written proposals should be emailed to denise@acadiacounseling.com no later than Friday, April 17, at 5:00 pm Central Time.
