Sales Consultant Duties

- Assisting customers with finding the best home furnishings and mattresses for them.

- Setting up deliveries for customers to receive their items.

- Following up with customers on their orders and product inquiries.

- Providing customers with furniture information such as pricing, stock status, dimensions, etc.

- Receiving incoming calls for product inquires.

- Following proper sales and paperwork procedures (training in store).
