Warehouse Associate

We are seeking a dependable and motivated Warehouse Associate to join our team at Quest Pharmaceuticals in Murray, Kentucky. In this full-time role, you will help ensure customer orders are picked, packed, and prepared accurately and efficiently for shipment. This position plays an important role in our ability to provide the reliable service our customers depend on every day.

Starting Pay: $15.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 10:00 AM–6:30 PM, with additional hours as business needs require

Key Responsibilities

  • Pick Customer Orders: Accurately select pharmaceutical products and quantities from warehouse shelving to fulfill customer orders.
  • Pack Customer Orders: Pack products accurately and securely according to established shipping requirements and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
  • Verify Order Accuracy: Carefully verify products and quantities throughout the fulfillment process to help prevent errors.
  • Follow Established Procedures: Consistently follow Quest's SOPs, safety requirements, regulatory procedures, and other company processes.
  • Meet Fulfillment Deadlines: Work efficiently and with a sense of urgency to help ensure customer orders are completed prior to scheduled carrier pickups.
  • Handle Inventory Properly: Properly handle pharmaceutical products and promptly communicate damaged products, inventory discrepancies, or order issues.
  • Maintain the Warehouse: Help maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
  • Support the Team: Work collaboratively with other warehouse team members and assist with additional responsibilities as business needs require.

  • Willingness to Learn: Demonstrates an open mindset toward training and learning Quest's processes, technology, and SOPs.
  • Adaptability: Adjusts effectively to changing order volumes, priorities, and business needs.
  • Education: High school diploma or GED preferred.
  • Experience: Previous warehouse, distribution, fulfillment, or related experience preferred but not required. We are willing to train candidates who demonstrate a strong work ethic, dependability, and willingness to learn.
  • Basic computer and/or handheld scanner proficiency, or the ability and willingness to learn.

Physical Requirements

  • Regularly stand and walk throughout the workday.
  • Frequently reach, bend, stoop, and move throughout warehouse shelving areas.
  • Lift, carry, and move packages weighing up to 40 pounds.
  • Perform repetitive picking, packing, and material-handling activities.

Benefits

  • Starting Pay: $15.00 per hour.
  • Health & Dental Insurance: Eligible full-time employees may participate following a 90-day waiting period.

  • 401(k): Quest Pharmaceuticals currently matches $0.50 for every $1.00 contributed by the employee, up to 5% of gross pay, once eligibility requirements are met.
  • Paid Time Off: PTO begins accruing after the 90-day waiting period at 3.33 hours per month during the first year.
  • Paid Holidays: Seven paid holidays per calendar year, subject to company policy and eligibility requirements.
  • Life & AD&D Insurance: Eligible full-time employees receive $20,000 in Life and Accidental Death & Dismemberment coverage, with premiums paid by Quest Pharmaceuticals.
  • Bonus Opportunities: After one year of employment, eligible employees may qualify for a full share of the Employee Christmas Bonus and an Annual Bonus based on company profitability.
