Second Chance Workforce (SCW) is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization with a mission to empower reentry-ready individuals to successfully reintegrate into the workforce. SCW equips learners with the technical skills, knowledge, and confidence needed to secure meaningful employment.  We believe a person’s past doesn’t have to define their future.  We are committed to changing lives, strengthening communities, and promoting second-chance employment.
